This policy describes how we use your personal data when you use our website: Cbeebiesrainbowadventure.com or when you attend one of our CBeebies Rainbow Adventures. Personal data which you provide to us

There are lots of ways in which you share your personal data with us, for example when you register on our website, when you buy tickets and consent to marketing, when you attend one of our Experiences or when you interact with our customer service team. The personal data we collect is usually contact information such as your name, address, email address, telephone number but may also include any other personal data which you may volunteer during your interactions with us, including details of any tickets you purchased, details of any complaint you make with us or our ticket selling partners SEE tickets, or any information you share on our social media platforms.

We use CCTV at our Experiences for safety and security purpose, notices are clearly displayed in our venues.

Please note that when you purchase tickets for the CBeebies Rainbow Adventure Experience, you are providing your personal data to SEE tickets who will process it in accordance with their own Privacy policy which you can view here.

Personal data we collect through your use of our website

This is usually technical information and includes things like your IP address, device identifier(s), device type, browser type and version, time zone, operating system as well as information on you interactions with our website, including how you navigated to our site, what pages you viewed and for how long and when you left. Alongside this data we may also hold some information related to the performance of our website such as for example page response times, errors and timeouts.

You are not under obligation to provide us with any of your personal data but please note that if you choose not to provide us with your personal data, we may be unable to provide some of our products and services to you.

We use third parties to provide some business functions on our behalf such as sending marketing emails and hosting and managing our website. All processors acting on our behalf only process your data in accordance with instructions from us.
