How can we help?

  • General information

What happens inside the CBeebies Rainbow Adventure?

Visitors are led on a journey of adventure through a magical CBeebies garden and CBeebies programming branded zones: Hey Duggee, Go Jetters, Something Special, Sarah and Duck and Andy's Dinosaur Adventures. For more information visit: cbeebiesrainbowadventure.com/the-experience

  • What is the CBeebies Rainbow Adventure?

CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is a CBeebies themed touring indoor, interactive and immersive experience designed for children aged 0-6, their parents, family members and carers.

  • How long does the Rainbow Adventure take?

Each journey takes approximately 50 minutes. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your journey is due to commence. If you arrive after your allotted start time, we’ll do our best to accommodate you but we aren’t able to guarantee entry during busy times.

  • Why should we come?

CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is great fun! It offers a sensory experience of collaboration and creativity for your child, offering them the opportunity to sing, dance, discover and play.  For more information on what to expect: cbeebiesrainbowadventure.com/the-experience

  • Do we participate in the Rainbow Adventure with our own group?

Yes, you will be able to go through the Rainbow Adventure with your family and friends. Group sizes are capped at 37 people. Unless you have booked a large group, you will be joined in the session by other guests.

Groups of 10 or more should book in advance by contacting SEE Tickets Groups on: 0844 4124650 (calls cost £0.07 per minute plus your network access charge). If you have booked separately but wish to enjoy the experience together, all members of your group must select the same time slot when booking and approach the box office together, so we can be sure that your group can enjoy CBeebies Rainbow Adventure.

The adult to child ratio recommendation is applicable to large groups as well as small. We recommend no fewer than 1 adult for every 3 young children

  • Do I have to pay for a baby if I carry them?

Children under the age of 18 months are welcomed free of charge.

Please select the ticket option that includes a complimentary ticket for children under 18 months. Everyone over the age of 18 months will require a paid ticket in order to enter CBeebies Rainbow Adventure.

  • Can I take a buggy around if my child is asleep?

To ensure there is sufficient room for guests to move around each zone comfortably, we ask that buggies are left in the buggy park. If your child is sleeping then we will try to accommodate your buggy but it may mean you will have to wait until a quieter time slot becomes available.

A covered buggy park where visitors can leave buggies at their own risk is available on site and is free of charge. We also have a limited number of secure buggy parking spaces available on a first come, first serve basis and charged at £2 for the duration of the Rainbow Adventure. We do not accept cash so please bring debit/credit cards.

  • When can I enter the Rainbow Adventure?

We ask that you arrive no less than 15 minutes before your session is due to commence, which will enable you to enjoy the Rainbow Adventure at the time slot you booked.

  • Am I going to meet Andy (Andy's Dinosaur Adventures) or Justin (Something Special) at this event?

Andy and Mr Tumble (and other CBeebies personalities) can't be with us for the Rainbow Adventure, but you will be led through CBeebies Rainbow Adventure by a friendly host, who will guide your group on their journey of adventure. It's age-appropriate for young children so there is nothing too challenging and it’s lots of fun!

  • Will there be characters to meet?

CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is not a talent or costumed character experience so you won’t meet Andy, Mr Tumble or any other costume characters, but you will be led through CBeebies Rainbow Adventure by a friendly host who will guide your group on their journey of adventure.

  • Do you supervise the children?

Parents, family members and carers are responsible for supervising their children at all times and we ask that you get involved. This is a chance for you and your child to have fun together.

  • Are there any breaks in the Rainbow Adventure?

The journey takes approximately 50 mins and there are no breaks. We would encourage you to visit restrooms before the start of the Rainbow Adventure so you don’t miss out on any of the fun.

  • What happens if my child needs to leave the Rainbow Adventure before it's finished?

The Rainbow Adventure involves groups moving from room to room, so if you need to briefly leave the Rainbow Adventure for a toilet visit or other reasons, let our staff know and they’ll direct you back to your group.
