CBeebies Rainbow Adventure has today, after careful consideration concerning the impact of COVID-19 Coronavirus, made the decision to cancel its Ealing Common and Brent Cross London events which were due to take place in April and May.
CBeebies Rainbow Adventure has today, after careful consideration concerning the impact of COVID-19 Coronavirus, made the decision to cancel its Ealing Common and Brent Cross London events which were due to take place in April and May.
Produced by Step Inside Productions under license by BBC Studios,** CBeebies Rainbow Adventure was due to launch at Ealing Common on April 9th before moving to Brent Cross on April 24th.
The next scheduled date is June 5th in Hull. The experience is due to remain in Hull until June 14th.
There are currently no plans to cancel the Hull event but a final decision will be made closer to the date, taking into account Government advice at the time.
Dan Marks, founder of Step Inside Productions, said: “Following the latest information given by both the Government, Public Health England and the Chief Medical Officer, we have taken the difficult decision to cancel the initial London tour dates of CBeebies Rainbow Adventure.
“The health and wellbeing of all of our visitors and staff is paramount and our number one priority. Considering the rate at which COVID-19 is spreading we feel we owe it to all of our loyal followers and customers to take this action.
“Everyone who has bought a ticket for Ealing (April 9th – 19th) or Brent Cross (April 24th – May 31st) *** will be able to exchange to an alternative location or receive a full refund.
“Exchanges are valid for any location or slot up to 31st December 2020. All affected ticket holders will be contacted directly by our partner, See Tickets.”
Other tour dates which have already been announced, include:
** Theseus, trading as Step Inside Productions will develop, operate and manage this mobile touring experience under license from BBC Studios.
*** Refunds are only applicable for tickets bought for Ealing and Brent Cross.
